Three-way traffic lights were in place on Glasgow Street from Monday 25 May
What we are doing
We carried out repairs to the sewer that lies beneath Glasgow Street. This involved us re-lining the sewer pipe.
To allow us to carry out this work safely, a lane closure and three-way traffic lights were put in place on Glasgow Street for the duration of our repairs.
Pedestrian and residents' access was maintained at all times, however, parking was restricted along a section of Glasgow Street.
Why we are doing it
The sewer beneath the road has become damaged and needs repaired.
This will allow us to continue to provide a reliable waste water network in Millport.

We have now completed work our repairs and all traffic management has been removed.
