Scottish Water has launched its first-ever podcast, Drip Feed – water talk straight from the source, giving people across Scotland a fresh and accessible way to learn more about the nation’s water.

The short 15‑minute episodes — available now on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and all major podcast platforms — aim to help customers connect and care more deeply with their water as a precious resource.

The show also offers an honest look at what publicly owned Scottish Water does every day to protect, treat, and deliver water and waste water services for millions of people.

The podcast explores surprising facts, big questions, and stories that affect communities across Scotland with the voices of experts from across Scottish Water alongside guests including influencers, activists, outdoor enthusiasts, and customers.

Raymond Buchanan, Corporate Affairs Director at Scottish Water, said:

“We’re thrilled to launch our first podcast. We want this to be an open and honest conversation for the people of Scotland — one that shares facts, busts myths and explores the stories behind our water in a really accessible way.”

The first shows are hosted by Scottish Water colleagues Flora Duff and Mariella Maguire. They kick off with a special two‑part launch episode:

  • There’s Way Less Water Than You Think
  • We Drink Dinosaur Pee

Each episode takes a deeper look at important but often complex topics, making them easy to understand while building trust and strengthening Scottish Water’s connection with the communities it serves.

New episodes will be released on the first Monday of every month, with exciting themes and guests already lined up — including Scottish Instagram creator and outdoor enthusiast Adam Raja (@itsadamraja) in an upcoming episode.
